Pedagogical service - group and school activities

Teachers have the choice between 10 events and workshops on the topics of:

Crafts and rural society: discover during an educational workshop the know-how of traditional rural society: clog making, bakery, basketry, forging, leather trades, etc.
Nature and rural landscape: go for a walk at your own pace and discover an authentic rural landscape. Forest, river, blue stone quarry, old washhouse, pasture, lime kiln, etc., so many testimonies of ancient trades and the relationship maintained between rural people and their environment.

The little extras

Treignes, village of museums, has 4 museums/attractions each offering educational activities.Possibility of combined with our partners.

Some of our activities and visits areadaptedto a public in situationmental or visual disability.

Some of our animations are adaptedin kindergartens (+2.5 years). Each animation then includes a tale in the universe of the theme.

Some of our animations can be doneyour house. Practical details are explained when booking (possible technical prerequisites, adapted pricing, etc.) Travel costs: 0.518 euros/km. Maximum travel 60 km.

NEW 2022-2023

For the 2022-2023 school year (only), the Federation Wallonia Brussels has decided to offer free access at the museum for self-guided visits by groups of nursery, primary and secondary level.
